Saturday Sabotage

If you're struggling to control your weight, it may be that your Saturdays are sabotaging your healthy eating efforts.

A study from the Washington University School of Medicine suggests that weekends are a danger time for many people trying to lose weight. After following the eating and exercise habits of 48 people very closely over a year, it emerged that many people consistently eat significantly more on the weekend days than on week days, with Saturday being the day for top calorie consumption.
