Walk To Work: Every Bit Of Exercise Helps

Good news for those who don't like to sweat: Japanese researchers have found that a leisurely walk to work can lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

While health authorities recommend that to optimise your health you should aim to do moderate to vigorous physical exercise on a regular basis, there is mounting evidence that fitting in any physical exercise is much better than doing nothing at all.
