Regular exercise may help those with panic and anxiety disorders.

Many of us know the symptoms that accompany a feeling of panic – all those things that happen to our bodies without any say from us. There’s nausea, heart palpitations, dizziness, stomach aches and shortness of breath. And some people have an intense fear of the symptoms themselves, as well as the real or imagined thing that made them panic in the first place.
