Neck troubles are a common problem in modern, industrialised countries, especially among women. Studies have reported that 54 per cent of the general population had experienced neck pain in the previous six months, with five per cent of those sufferers being disabled by the neck pain. Around 67 per cent of adults will have neck pain sometime during their life.
