Athlete's DIY Fitness Test 3

OK, so a few sit ups do not a six-pack make - but it is a start. Besides, you need to know what you can do before you set yourself fitness goals.

In Parts 1 and 2 of our DIY Fitness Test we looked at body shape, pulse rates and flexibility. Now let's see what your muscles are capable of. Remember, if you're in doubt about the following tests, consult your doctor before proceeding. If it hurts or you feel faint, stop immediately.
