Cherry On Top For Muscle Soreness

Cherry juice before and after exercise can help reduce muscle soreness - and might even be useful in treating arthritis.

Unfamiliar exercise is sometimes followed by muscle soreness which is usually associated with some minor level of muscle damage. The soreness usually peaks two or three days after the initial exercise session and is therefore referred to as “delayed onset muscle soreness” or DOMS.
