Easter. It’s every sweet-tooth’s favourite holiday – toasty hot-cross buns slathered with butter, traditional Easter cakes and, of course, chocolate. The problem is that, more often than not, the binge of bunnies, bilbies and eggs starts long before Easter weekend and can last well into April, carrying implications for both your health and your waistline.
