Deskbound? Move More For Better Health

If you sit all day as part of your job, you need to be proactive about being physically active, or your health may suffer.

For many of us, it’s a fact of life: spending six, seven, eight hours a day sitting at a work desk, before a drive or train trip home to do even more sitting on the couch or in front of the computer at home. Then it’s to bed. Which means it’s awfully easy to get through a week without being physically active or even moving very much at all.
