Start Early With Fruit And Veg

By offering your child fruit and vegetables from an early age, and persisting even in the face of initial rejection, you can give them a good start to a healthy diet.

Most of us know that fruits and vegetables are vital components of a healthy diet. But convincing a two-year-old that they need to eat their greens can be somewhat challenging. A study from the Monell Chemical Senses Center suggests that accustoming young children as early as possible to the tastes of fruits and vegetables may make that battle a little easier.
