One of the reasons diets so often fail is that willpower only takes you so far in resisting temptation. For long term success, getting strategic about how you deal with food can make eating well far less painful.

While discipline and willpower are terrific qualities to cultivate, pretty much everyone has their weak moments, and when it comes to high calorie snack foods, you only need a few of those for your weight management plans to be blown sky high. And who wants to be constantly worrying about food anyway?
