Exercise Your Brain

You might think exercising your brain means mathematics or science or language lessons. Classroom activities are, of course, great for your "grey matter". But your brain can gain from physical activity too.

Scientists have found that people who did 30 minutes of exercise, two to three times per week for 12 weeks, got higher scores on memory tests than people who didn’t exercise. When the exercisers stopped training their scores dropped back to normal.
