Fighting The Flu

When you were a child, how often did your mother tell you to rug up when you went out into the cold to stop from getting sick?

While her advice would have helped you avoid frostbite, it probably did little to stop you from getting the flu. Ironically, scientists are suggesting that it is actually viruses’ coats rather than our own that are important when it comes to winter sneezes and sniffles.
