Fixing Gums To Protect Joints

The link is that gum disease tends to be prevalent in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Both conditions involve inflammation and share similarities in their progression over time. In gum disease and rheumatoid arthritis, the soft and hard tissues are destroyed from inflammation caused by toxins associated with bacterial infection.
