Flexible Work Adds Bounce To Employee Health

Research confirms that workplace flexibility can help workers take up healthier lifestyles.

The study, conducted by researchers from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, examined data from Health Risk Appraisals completed by employees of a large pharmaceutical company in the US. It investigated behaviours like physical activity, healthy sleep habits, participation in stress management programs and health education activities, and the employees' overall appraisal of their lifestyle.
