Go All Out To Stop Smoking

For some of us even the idea of quitting smoking AND getting healthy can be daunting. Which habit or lifestyle issue do you tackle first? An American study suggests the answer is all of them.

In addition to smoking, perhaps your diet is a little off-kilter (too much fat, sugar and/or salt, not enough fruit and veg) or you can't remember the last time you exercised. If you want to improve your health, it's clear that changes need to be made. So where do you start?
