Things are definitely looking up with news that optimism, positive attitude and a good old giggle may be good for your health.

Most of us are more than familiar with the idea laughter is the best medicine, along with the Pythonesque creed "always look on the bright side of life". While few of us would have argued to the contrary, the evidence is now rolling in that a positive attitude does in fact help your health.
