Do you have trouble getting out of bed to go to school, particularly on Monday mornings? It may be that sleeping in on the weekends makes it harder to concentrate at school.

Scientists are studying teenagers to find out what happens when you stay up late and sleep in on the weekends. Their findings suggest that doing this can change your internal body clock which tells you when you should be awake and when you should feel sleepy.
