Just Believe It

One of the reasons people often use for not doing exercise is that it hurts. But a study suggests that if you believe you can achieve your exercise goals, then exercising is less likely to be painful.

Exercise is fabulous for your health. It helps to keep your weight under control; it improves your cardiovascular health, energy levels and mood, and reduces your risk of a range of diseases including Type 2 diabetes and many types of cancers.
