When your quest is to eat a healthy, balanced diet, the pot-holes that upset your progress can be hidden in surprising places.

On the surface of it, losing weight, or maintaining a healthy weight, should be a relatively straightforward business. Educate yourself about what foods you should be eating, and how much and then stick to that.  It should be easy.
