Lulled By Low Fat Label?

Did you have another bowl because the label said "low fat"? Well, be warned that low fat is not necessarily "low kilojoule". And consuming these foods can lead us to eat up to 45 per cent more kilojoules.

Hang on a minute… wasn’t eating more low fat foods suggested as a way to combat the overweight and obesity problem plaguing westernised nations? Yes. But now the evidence suggests otherwise.
