Fill Your Plate With Colour

When you're eating fruits and vegetables, take a look at the colours on your plate. Lots of colours means lots of the different vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy!

The brighter the fruit or vegetable, the better it usually is. A ripe red tomato is better than a light orange one. A pale Iceberg lettuce has less good stuff in it than a darker green Cos lettuce.
