Pumping Potassium For Healthy Blood Pressure

Health authorities have long advised us to drop our salt consumption to keep blood pressure under control. Now research suggests that focusing on salt alone is just half the picture.

A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine suggests that as well as cutting back on sodium (salt), those who want to keep their blood pressure low should consider pumping up their potassium consumption.
