The Quitting Blues

You've quit smoking. That's a good thing, obviously – so why do you feel miserable?

It's not uncommon to feel pretty low after giving up smoking. Sure, there are plenty of positives that come with quitting, but there are also some negatives that extend beyond the usual cravings and nicotine withdrawal, which in themselves can make you feel pretty grumpy for the first month or so.
