You’ve already learnt that physical activity too close to bedtime can disrupt your sleep, and the same principle applies to mental activity. The busy lifestyles many of us lead can have us on the go from the time we wake up in the morning until our head hits the pillow at night. While our bodies might be tired out by all this running around, it tends to have the opposite effect on our minds.
