Could You Be Superbugged At Gym?

Going to the gym should be all about improving your health, but the increasing risks from superbugs means that a few simple hygiene precautions are in order.

Working out at gym, or playing contact sports are great ways of improving your fitness while also having the option of being social. But the increase in the prevalence of antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria (known as superbugs) in the community means that while you may want to share your fellow exercisers' healthy motivations, you do need to protect yourself from infection.
