Is This Diet Revolutionary?

Could all the scientists that told us complex carbohydrates such as pasta are good for us, be wrong? Is a low carb, high protein diet the way to go?

In his 1992 book New Diet Revolution medico Dr Robert Atkins bases the greater part of his overall philosophy on one simple claim; that an excess of dietary carbohydrate results in the overproduction of insulin and too much insulin is bad for your health and weight.
