Watch Out For Depression

Not making much progress? Finding it hard to motivate yourself to try the anxiety management strategies we've suggested? Struggling with persistent feelings of sadness or low energy levels? It may be time to consider depression.

Depression is common when you have been experiencing significant anxiety. Ongoing sleep disturbance and disruptions to social and work commitments can become disheartening. Feelings of disappointment and frustration are normal, but may also herald the development of a depressive disorder in addition to anxiety.
