Weight Loss: Is Timing Everything?

Some health plans advise you to eat lots of small meals rather than fewer big ones. Others place restrictions on when you can eat certain foods. Is there any science to back this up? Can you eat more, if you only eat it at certain times?

Research suggests that, bottom line, it’s how many calories you consume, rather than when you consume them that really makes the big difference to your weight. But, all things being equal, there are some eating habits that might help to give you an edge.
