Living With Asthma

For adults who have been diagnosed with asthma.

Life is a whole lot better when your asthma is under control. It does take some planning and effort, but there are simple and effective strategies that can help you breathe easier, reduce your risk of asthma attacks and feel healthier as well.

Of course, we’re not here to replace your doctor or medical specialist or their advice. Rather we aim to give you extra information to help you work effectively with all your health professionals so you stay as well as possible. This can mean less time in hospital and more opportunities to enjoy your life. Please note that this program is intended for adults and is not suitable for children 12 years of age or less.
